How do I reset my password?

What to do if you have forgotten the password to your Bitbuy account

Follow the steps below to reset your Bitbuy account password.

1. Click on this link, or copy and paste it into your address bar: https://bitbuy.ca/en/sign-in
   
   
2. Located below where you would enter your username and password, click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link
   
   
3. On the next page, enter the USERNAME linked to your Bitbuy account, and click on the 'Submit' button
   
   
4. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset your password. Click the link and you will be directed to a page where you can enter your new password.
   
   

Check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Please note that cryptocurrency withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after resetting your Bitbuy account password.
