We are excited to announce a new funding method, Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit!
To fund your account with Visa and Mastercard Debit, login to your account and navigate to Deposit.
Click Deposit CAD with debit, and enter the amount you would like to deposit.
Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV (a 3-digit security code on the back of the card), and click Pay.
Please note that the Cardholder name MUST match the name of the Bitbuy account holder.
You will be prompted to complete a secondary verification (3DS) via your bank to approve the transaction. If the secondary verification is not completed, your account will not be funded.
Please note that if you enter your Credit Card information, the transaction will be declined. This funding method only accepts Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit.
