Bitbuy receives requests about its customers from Law Enforcement in Canada and around the world. Law Enforcement agents can contact Bitbuy directly via email: compliance@bitbuy.ca
After receiving a Law Enforcement request, a Bitbuy official will advise you about the required next steps and/or documentation. In lieu of an official Law Enforcement request, submission of a consent form from Law enforcement signed by the Bitbuy customer or an email from the Bitbuy customer to release information may also be accepted to provide Law Enforcement with the requested information on behalf of the Bitbuy customer.
All requests for records should come from an official government domain and include the name, position, and contact information of the requesting Law Enforcement agent.
